We are looking for a talented Project & maintenance Engineer (Oncology plant) to join us. Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Installation and qualification of production lines and utilities, and transition into managing the facility’s maintenance and engineering operation.
  • Project Phase: Oversee the installation of production machinery and industrial utilities  (HVAC, Purified Water, CW, CA, BMS ..etc.) , as well as support design to manage and update layouts and technical drawings using AutoCAD
  • Qualification phase: Support the execution of IQ/OQ/PQ protocols for Utilities and production lines.
  • Operations: Manage assets and maintenance scheduling using SAP

 

 

 2. Major Tasks & Technical Project Management

  • Lead electrical scope for installation of new machines and production lines.
  • Manage revamping, upgrading, and modification of existing systems.
  • Execute major corrective actions and permanent engineering solutions.
  • Prepare technical specifications for electrical components and automation systems.
  • Review supplier offers and performs technical evaluations.
  • Coordinate installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT support, and qualification activities.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within timeline, scope, and compliance requirements.

 

3. Preventive & Reliability Programs

  • Develop and optimize preventive maintenance strategies.
  • Implement predictive maintenance initiatives (thermal scanning, condition monitoring).
  • Monitor reliability KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, downtime trends).
  • Ensure proper documentation in CMMS.

 

4. GMP & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with GMP and pharmaceutical regulatory standards.
  • Support change control, deviation investigation, and CAPA implementation.
  • Maintain technical documentation and validation support records.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electro-mechanical Engineering.

Background: Industrial background is a must, pharmaceutical is an advantage

Skills: High proficiency in AutoCAD and a strong grasp of industrial utilities (HVAC , Steam , CW , CA ...etc.)

Systems: Experience with SAP (Maintenance/Asset Management modules) is highly preferred.

Experience: 3-5 years.
