Key Responsibilities:
- Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
- Leads all relevant Logistics & Supply Chain instructions, in order to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Certifies that the condition of the products received are being checked, to ensure the well-being of the products and their integrity.
- Conducts strategy meetings with the supply chain team members to review daily workloads and assignments.
- Leads the supply chain team members within the site to ensure all supply chain requirements are completed on a daily basis.
- Picks, packs, stages and loads order movements and prepares all pertinent documentation to accurately receive and put away all incoming products and supplies.
- Reviews and verifies the data entered on SAP and paper systems by lower-level jobs to ensure that information is accurate and reliable.
- Coaches and trains lower-level jobs on simple tasks to ensure compliance with set guidelines and SOPs.
- Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
- Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of Supply Chain to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards.
- Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
- Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:
- BSc. in Business Administration or equivalent with preferably a masters.
- 0-3 years of relevant Supply Chain experience.
