Title:  Operator, R&D

Job Summary:

To store of materials, Cleaning, assemble & disassemble machines, Clean and operate the pilot area and machines under supervision and make waste disposal.

Objective (main duties and responsibilities)

·       Receive, handle, and store the formulation lab materials.

·        

·       Conduct weighing balance verification.

·       Cleaning machine parts as per SOP.

·       Assemble & disassemble formulation lab machines

·       Operation of the machines under supervision

·       Conduct In process control testing (IPC).

·       Make packaging of pilot scale batches for stability study.

·       Prepare pharmaceutical and packaging waste disposal.

·       Maintain laboratory equipment and materials in a safe manner.

·       Follow company GMP & EHS standards.

·       Follow company GDP standards in all documentation practices.

·       Follow safety procedures and first aid measures

·       Understand timelines and demonstrate a sense of responding urgency in work and in responding colleagues.

·       Send and receive documents between department and other departments.
