Title: Paralegal
The Paralegal will support the KSA Legal Department by conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, managing litigation cases, and maintaining legal records. This role is vital in ensuring that legal processes are carried out effectively and efficiently while providing administrative and legal support to internal departments and external partners.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough legal research to support the MENA Legal Department in preparing, reviewing, and drafting various legal documents.
- Compile, review, and organize information for meetings, investigations, and projects to ensure all necessary documentation is available.
- Prepare corporate governance documents, including minutes of meetings and shareholders’ resolutions.
- Proofread and review legal documentation, such as agreements, complaints, and motions, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Assist in litigation management by working with external attorneys and summarizing cases for internal review.
- Support legal investigations and assist in developing legal arguments.
- Organize and maintain legal records and databases, ensuring the proper archiving of both physical and electronic documents.
- Prepare legal documents for signature and manage the follow-up process to ensure completion.
- Assist in the development and implementation of legal systems, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support the Legal Department’s needs and activities.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in legal processes, aiming for cost reduction and increased productivity.
- Stay updated on relevant legal procedures and regulations.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing logistics, and organizing diaries.
- Assist in special projects as assigned by the MENA Legal Department.
Knowledge and Skills:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in a legal or paralegal role.
