Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment (e.g., granulators, blenders, tablet presses, capsule fillers, vial washing, filling lines).
  • Perform batch manufacturing processes according to approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR/BPR).
  • Measure, weigh, and dispense raw materials accurately.
  • Assist in setup, changeover, and cleaning of machines.
  • Complete all batch-related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Follow GMP, GDP, safety, and regulatory guidelines Report deviations, equipment malfunctions, or quality issues immediately.
  • Follow safety protocols, including gowning procedures and handling of hazardous materials.
  • Assist with routine equipment maintenance and calibration.
  • Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization of equipment and manufacturing areas.
  • Prepare equipment for validation and qualification activities when required.

 

We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:

 

  • 2–3 years of experience in Oncology pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
