Title:  Validation Engineer

Job Description:

1. Verifying equipment, machines, instruments, and systems to be qualified
2. Ensuring compliance with cGMPs for all related equipment, machines, instruments, and systems
3. Generating, reviewing, and approving documents of the validation & Calibration function
4. Coordinating effectively with the internal functions and other concerned external departments regarding work requirements
5. Preparing validation & Calibration reports for JPI’s quality function
6. Reviewing and implementing validation & Calibration guidelines and best practices continuously
7. Providing technical support and recommendations related to the validation & Calibration activities for all Quality functions
8. Preparing validation & Calibration studies as well as recommendations that enhance the effectiveness of the validation & Calibration function
9. Receiving and reviewing reports regarding recommended and planned modifications on facility layouts
10. Preparing, reviewing, and modifying drawings according to standards and procedures established by Company
11. Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by direct supervisor
12. Calibration technicians work with a variety of machinery, including analytic and electronic measuring devices.

Education and Experience Required:

• BSc degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering
• Experience 0 to 3 years.
