We are looking for a talented Warehouse Officer to join us. Key Responsibilities:
- Follows all relevant Logistics instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Follows the day-to-day operations (receiving, storage & issuing) related to own jobs in the WH to ensure continuity of work
- Forecasts the inventory needed for the departments to ensure that the materials are readily available.
- fully prepared for demanding warehouse hard work including loading, unloading, and pallet carry out,
- ability to handle long hours outside of regular working hours, in addition to being willing to work during weekends.
- Complies with all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
- Coaches lower-level jobs on simple tasks to ensure compliance with set guidelines and SOPs.
- Follow all relevant procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Enter data on SAP and paper systems pertaining to manufacturing orders (MOs) and packaging standards (PSs) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Troubleshoots and investigates more complex manufacturing issues, incidents and reliability problems on the production line to ensure continuity of operations.
- Receives on-the-job training from higher levels to ensure compliance with the set guidelines and SOPs.
- Communicates internally with other departments such as quality and engineering to ensure the progression of work and compliance with SOPs and GMPs.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Accounting or Equivalent
- BSc in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Accounting or Equivalent
- 0 - 2 years of related experience.
