We are looking for a talented Officer/ Engineer, QA to join us. Key Responsibilities:
- Review documents to ensure that they meet GMP (Goods Manufacturing Practices) & FDA (Food and Drug Authorities for US, EU and MENA).
- Perform line clearance, inspections, and physical testing in manufacturing areas.
- Identify, investigate, and prepare reports on quality issues according to the SOP.
- Perform stage approval of production activities according to the SOP.
- Ensure effective implementation of quality management system.
- Monitor & ensure the quality standard are implemented throughout within quality & warehouse departments.
- Anticipate sampling of finished product, control and cleaning validation along with verification.
- Interpret generated data and communicate results to quality management.
- Ensure quality compliance inside production areas (manufacturing & packaging areas)
- Participate actively in product deviation investigation.
- Maintain effective communication and partnership with Operations and Materials Management department.
- Review documents and check POI (Process Operating Instructions).
- Execute process validation batches according to the SOP.
- Ensure personal hygiene, area cleanliness, health & safety precautions all the time.
- Comply with all Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) policies and procedures.
- Conduct process check & initiate inspection of finished goods.
- Keep abreast on documentation process by ensuring it as timely & valid.
- Review batch records subsequently transferring finished goods according to the SOP.
- Adapt to changes in the work environment and must be able to change shifts or work overtime and/or weekends as needed.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:
Experience:
- 0–3 years of relevant experience.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, chemical engineering, industrial engineering or a related field.
Additional Requirements:
- Able to work in maintenance and operational environments and perform tasks that require physical strength and endurance.
Language:
- Very good English (written and spoken).
Required Skills:
- Effective communication skills (both written and oral).
- Proficiency in the use of IT applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint etc)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to work effectively on own initiative as well as contributing to the team environment .
- Ability to work on shifts and weekends based on the requirements.
