We are looking for a talented QC officer (Instrumentation & logistics) to join us. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and document instrument qualification activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) for QC laboratory equipment in compliance with cGMP requirements.
- Develop, review, and maintain qualification protocols and reports in line with regulatory expectations.
- Perform and coordinate instrument calibration activities, ensuring adherence to approved schedules and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain and monitor calibration status, labels, and records to ensure traceability and compliance.
- Initiate, track, and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance activities for laboratory equipment.
- Coordinate with external vendors/service providers for calibration, qualification, and maintenance services.
- Review and approve vendor documentation (certificates, reports) to ensure compliance with GMP and internal standards.
- Investigate and document instrument-related deviations, failure, and performance issues.
- Ensure proper change control is applied for any modification, repair, or upgrade of QC instruments.
- Identify and consolidate QC laboratory requirements for analysis, including reagents, columns, filters, spare parts, reference standards, and consumables.
- Initiate and manage purchase orders (PRs) in the ERP system based on QC needs and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with Procurement to track purchase orders (POs), ensuring timely processing and approval.
- Follow up with suppliers and internal stakeholders on order status, delivery timelines, and estimated time of arrival.
- Ensure timely receipt of materials to support uninterrupted QC testing activities.
- Perform goods receipt transactions in the ERP system, verifying quantities and documentation.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stock-outs or overstock situations.
- Track and manage vendor performance related to delivery timelines and material quality.
- Ensure proper documentation and traceability of all received materials (CoA, MSDS, etc.).
- Coordinate with QC heads to forecast future requirements based on testing plans and workload.
- Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of materials after receipt in accordance with specifications.
- Maintain and monitor storage areas (e.g., controlled rooms, refrigerators).
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, or a related field.
- 1 - 4 years of related quality experience.
