Title:  Senior Operator

Job Purpose:

To set up, operate and clean equipment in moderately complex production areas as well as ensure products follow appropriate procedures in a clean and safe work environment in order to meet all cGMP, FDA, DEA, OSHA and other applicable regulations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. 1. Executes Batch Record and logbook documentation with detail and accuracy.
   2. Executes the procedures used to clean pharmaceutical production equipment and facilities.
   3. Operates pharmaceutical production machinery and executes procedures for manufacturing such as High sheer mixer, fluid bed drier, wet mill and dry mill, Blender, over Head Stirrer, sieve, and Balance.
   4. Executes procedures to complete tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
   5. Works in collaboration with others as part of a team.
   6. Adheres to all cGMPs, compliance/regulatory mandates and quality requirements.
   7. Assists in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities.
   8. Performs other related duties as assigned to meet departmental and Company objectives.
   9. Assist in Dispensing of Raw materials in CBW.
   10. Checking the presence of all Raw materials before preparation and rechecking its weight.
   11. Weighing the batch after the end of preparation to ensure that yield in acceptable limit.

Qualifications: 

Bachelors’ in Manufacturing or related field OR High School Diploma
