Title:  Analyst, Quality Assurance

Today, in Portugal, we have more than 1000 employees and 3 factories for the production of injectable medicines. 

Hikma, intends to recruit an Analyst, Quality Assurance (m/f) to integrate Quality Assurance Department, namely the QA inspection and packaging field team, on-site work.

Main Responsibilities:

• Samples and carries out acceptance procedures in all the different phases of inspection and packaging, undertaking visual inspection by attributes for particles and defects;
• Performs and evaluates the challenge of automatic inspection machines;
• Samples finished product reserve samples to be stored in QA archive;
• Samples finished product to deliver to Quality Control Departments;
• Approves maintenance requisitions related with inspection/packaging machines;
• Verifies print-outs from equipment related with inspection activities;
• Performs initial risk evaluation form in case of event during operations;
• Performs routine verifications to inspection and packaging.

Profile:

• High School Diploma or an Academic degree in Science;
• Preference of 1 year of professional experience or training in a QA related area;
• Ability to handle a multi-task operation, to meet tight deadlines and to work under pressureShould be responsible, committed, assertive, flexible, and attentive to detail
• Fluency in English and good computer skills are preferredKnowledge regarding the Injectables pharmaceutical industry, current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other regulatory authority requirements (preferred, non mandatory)
