In Europe, Hikma is now one of the TOP10 pharmaceutical companies operating in the Generic Injectable field and is present in 9 European countries.

 

Hikma intends to recruit a Manager, Product Launch & Commercial Operations - EU (m/f), on site work, to integrate the Commercial Department and actively contribute to the growth of Hikma’s European business.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead the new product launch activities in Europe, working closely with the local sales teams, Hikma Operations and Third Party suppliers
  • Consolidate the demand for the EU markets, creating the link between EU region and Supply Chain of different Hikma and external sites, aiming for flexibility and optimization of manufacturing capacity allocation
  • Optimize EU commercial processes and organize cross-functional team meetings to ensure projects remain on track
  • Produce EU data analysis, develop project reports and trackers.
  • Make presentations to Management teams on relevant projects
  • Work closely with Country Heads, Business Development & Portfolio teams to ensure communication of one source of truth
  • Provide logistic and operational support to the EU commercial team, namely on new territories

 

Profile:

  • Degree in a Technical discipline or Business Management (Minimum)
  • MBA (Preferred)
  • +5 years' experience in commercial operations or launch management
  • At least 3 years' experience in managing cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Strong business, sales and analytical skills
  • Decision maker and goal driven
  • Strong leadership skills, including of indirect reports and cross-functional teams
  • Proactive attitude, and the ability to build and maintain positive working relationship with stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure and to multi-task / manage several projects
  • Fluent Portuguese and English, Spanish is a plus
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
