Title: Specialist, Total Rewards - EU

Today, in Portugal, we have more than 1000 employees and 3 factories for the production of injectable medicines.
Hikma, intends to recruit an Specialist, Total Rewards - EU (m/f) to integrate Human Resources – Corp Department, on-site work.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supports the design, development, and implementation of all Total Rewards programs and projects across the Europe region, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines, business needs, and market best practices.
- Ensures adherence and governance of compensation and benefits policies and procedures across all Europe entities, providing guidance to HR teams and leaders to ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance.
- Supports the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive
- Contributes to future global rollout and harmonization of Pay Transparency frameworks and Total Rewards governance, ensuring alignment with global standards and scalability across regions.
- Supports the operational execution of the annual Pay Review cycle in Europe.
- Conducts compensation and benefits market analyses, using external surveys and internal analytics to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures that support talent attraction, retention, and internal mobility.
- Maintains the integrity and consistency of Hikma’s Grading Structure across Europe, ensuring adherence to global frameworks, monitoring job evaluations and collaborating on global leveling and job architecture initiatives.
- Prepares and delivers high-quality analyses, metrics, dashboards, reports, and presentations to support decision-making.
- Collaborates with global Total Rewards Leads and other regional teams to share knowledge, align methodologies, promote best practices, and support global TR initiatives and transformations
Profile:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field (preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or HR Analytics roles.
- Experience supporting annual compensation cycles, market surveys and data analysis.
- Exposure to job architecture concepts and practices.
- Experience in a multinational environment
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Solid level of English is required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with HRIS systems
