Title: Sr. Officer, Talent Acquisition

Today, in Portugal, we have more than 1000 employees and 3 factories for the production of injectable medicines.
Hikma, intends to recruit a Sr. Officer, Talent Acquisition (m/f) for a hybrid position.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, including technical competencies, experience, and behavioral profile.
- Support the preparation and validation of job descriptions aligned with business needs and organizational standards.
- Define appropriate sourcing strategies based on role complexity and market dynamics.
- Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, agencies, direct search).
- Perform CV screening to identify suitable candidates aligned with role requirements.
- Conduct interviews (HR interviews and coordination of technical interviews) ensuring structured and consistent evaluation.
- Provide recommendations and support decision-making with hiring managers.
- Prepare and manage job offers in alignment with internal policies and compensation guidelines.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure proper follow-up with candidates, maintaining engagement and a positive experience.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date registration of candidate information and recruitment activities in People Connect.
- Maintain proper documentation and data integrity in line with compliance and audit requirements.
- Support the digitalization and archiving of employee contracts within individual personnel files.
- Open the digital employee files, ensuring all required documentation is properly collected and stored.
- Support HR development initiatives and activities (e.g., training, internal mobility, talent initiatives).
Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Sociology or related fields
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment roles
- Experience in manufacturing, or regulated environments (ideally pharma or food industry)
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, sourcing techniques, and selection tools
- Familiarity with GMP environments and regulated industry requirements is an advantage
- Excellent interviewing, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, results-oriented, and strong attention to detail
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
