Title: Sr. Specialist, Talent & Leadership Development

At the end of the 1980s, we extended ours beyond the Middle East and acquired land in Portugal for the construction of a sterile factory for injectable pharmaceutical products. Today, in Portugal, we have more than 900 employees and 3 factories for the production of injectable medicines.
Hikma, intends to recruit a Leadership & Talent Development Specialist (m/f) to integrate the Human Resources, reporting into the HR Director, on-site work.
Main Responsibilities:
LEARNING & LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
- Accountable for local Learning & Development, including implementation of Hikma Learning Plans
- Implements the comprehensive training strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including functional representatives, managers, and other HR areas, to understand specific training needs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Create annual training plans based on identified needs and available resources
- Incorporate different learning methodologies and technologies to enhance the effectiveness of the relevant programs
- Monitor and evaluate training programs to measure effectiveness and ROI, while gathering feedback from participants and stakeholders for continuous improvement
- Select and manage relationships with external training providers when necessary
- Ensure compliance related training is completed, by engaging with the relevant stakeholders and by providing regular reports on training activities, completion rates, and effectiveness to management
INTERNAL COMUNICATION, EVENTS AND TEAMBUILDING
- Support the coordination and execution of events, webinars, and other internal communication initiatives
- Maintain and update communication calendars and project timelines
- Assist with content for digital across various platforms, with a focus on generating LinkedIn content, intranet creating visuals for the content, and scheduling posts
TALENT ACQUISITION AND INTERNSHIPS MANAGEMENT
- Maintain accurate candidate data in all recruitment systems and proactively generate recruitment reports.
- Analyze reports, data, and talent insights to inform recruitment strategies.
- Develop and implement highly effective sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and senior level positions utilizing job boards, social media, networking, and other advanced search methods.
- Filling positions and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle process, maintaining consistent communication with hiring managers and tracking pipeline, priorities, and performance data to share with internal stakeholders regularly
ONBOARDING AND INTEGRATION
- Identifying opportunities for improvement within the onboarding process
- Presentation of Hikma´s on the onboardings
- Main point of contact for new joiners
- Carry out the monthly People Inductions
Profile:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, sociology, psychology, pedagogy, or similar topic
- Preferred: Master’s degree (LLM), HR and/or BA
- 5-7 years of experience in a Specialist, Technician Leadership & Talen Development role, preferably in Production environment
- Possess extensive knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices, including learning principles and methodologies, and can effectively share them with others
- Experience in Project Management (following on deliveries against project plan, risks, mitigation actions, …) is a plus Solid understanding and knowledge of the full training cycle
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders, external partners, and subject matter experts
- Skilled at managing complex processes and tools, including the design and review of established processes
- Ability to analyze data related to training, including training program effectiveness
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team (and within project / cross-functional teams)
- Familiarity with change management principles to facilitate the smooth adoption of new initiatives
