Today, in Portugal, we have more than 900 employees and 3 factories for the production of injectable medicines. 

Hikma, intends to recruit a Team Lead, Bags (m/f) to integrate to the Packaging Process of Bags Flow - Hikma I department, on-site work

Main Responsibilities:

  • Set up, troubleshoot, and perform changeovers on inspection, labeling, and packaging machines, as well as other packaging equipment when applicable.
  • Perform line clearance to ensure no foreign products or components remain on the line, equipment, or workstation.
  • Efficiently monitor line speed and other operational indicators. Identify and resolve issues in the Packaging Area, including problem-solving across all line equipment.
  • Verify and properly review all documentation generated during packaging activities. Also Review all logbooks and documentation from packaging and bulk packaging areas.
  • Ensure all responsibilities are performed and documented correctly, in a timely manner, and in accordance with written procedures, BFPs, and FDA requirements.
  • Conduct monthly verification of documentation generated in the department (e.g., logbooks).
  • Perform all necessary X3 system movements for batch records, including product declarations and returns.
  • Train new employees and maintain related documentation.
  • Conduct initial qualification or requalification of new or existing operators for manual (if applicable) and semi-automatic defect inspection.
  • Coordinate tasks, schedules, and requirements with other departments.

Profile:

  • Availability to work shifts
  • Highschool Diploma
  • Minimum 2/3 years as a level II Packaging Technician or in similar position.
  • Knowledge and understanding of how to conduct work in a packaging environment
  • English good Level
