Title:  Sr. Specialist, IT & Corporate Spend Category

The Sr. Specialist, IT & Corporate Spend Category support the IT & Corporate spend category leadership team in executing against the defined strategy through effective management and engagement with Corporate functions stakeholders and major suppliers in the following areas: IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, and other Professional Services related to Corporate functions with a main focus on IT, HR and Finance.

The Sr. Specialist, IT & Corporate Spend Category is responsible to:

• • deliver on key strategic initiatives defined by Corporate Functions and Category Leadership.
  • establish and maintain active supplier relationship management for key vendors
  • plan and deliver savings year on year (cost reduction / cost avoidance) across all in scope categories
  • improve cash flow in line with overall strategic planning
  • identify and secure innovation in the industry that could apply to Hikma especially in the digital area
  • reduce complexity through supplier rationalization and standardization of services
  • develop capabilities, professionalism and efficiency of regional and country procurement managers
  • Prepare and lead the negotiation (identify and evaluate potential suppliers, develop the RFx, and define the negotiation strategy)
  • Report updates on projects and pipeline to Hikma executive sponsors when required
  • Analyze, comment, and negotiate contracts, service orders, contract changes for global IT and Corporate services and ensure proper contract lifecycle management.
  • Contribute to negotiation teams in a global virtual environment, including responsibility for contract negotiations, contract finalization and signature.
