Main Responsibilities:

• Have a good knowledge of SOPs related to machines, as well as all SOPs applicable to production activities, cleaning, and in-process control testing.
• Comply with and apply GMP standards, ensuring product quality throughout operations.
• Be responsible for the operation, cleaning, assembly, and disassembly of tablet compression machines.
• Perform necessary adjustments during production to maximize productivity and product quality.
• Have knowledge of recurring faults and the ability to detect and report any anomalies during the process.
• Accurately complete production sheets (PS), logbooks, SAP logbook entries, and all related production documentation.
• Perform in-process tests and controls, and monitor operations to ensure smooth production flow.
• Ensure cleaning of work areas and maintain knowledge of cleaning procedures, storage areas, and washing facilities.
• Verify materials with issuance before starting production activities.
• Follow all hygiene and safety rules and procedures, ensuring personal safety and that of others, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Apply procedures related to the use, cleaning, and storage of punches and tooling.
• Follow assigned development objectives and complete required training to support continuous learning and skill development.

Academic Background and Knowledge:

• Minimum middle school education required
