We are looking for a talented Sr. Buyer, Procurement Operations to join us. Main Responsibilities:
- Process purchase requisitions efficiently while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Manage end-to-end purchase order (PO) cycle and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers as a key point of contact
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Monitor supplier performance (pricing, delivery, contract compliance) and escalate issues when necessary
- Analyse procurement data and generate reports to support spend analysis and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with contracts, procurement standards, and company policies
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce transaction costs, and ensure business continuity
- Increase spend coverage through purchase orders in collaboration with relevant departments
- Support internal teams and provide guidance on procurement processes (PR/PO)
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good analytical and data interpretation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong attention to detail and compliance awareness
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Good command of English
- Academic Background and Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field or any relevant discipline
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in procurement or a related field
- Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and purchasing operations
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement tools
- Understanding of compliance, contracts, and supply chain processes
