We are looking for a talented Supervisor, HSE to join us. Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze and assess risks related to the company’s activities.
- Develop, implement, and monitor the annual HSE action plan.
- Ensure regulatory monitoring in health, safety, and environmental matters.
- Follow up on HSE inspections and ensure closure of non-conformities.
- Lead and manage HSE teams across different sites.
- Organize and deliver HSE training and awareness programs.
- Develop, review, and update HSE procedures.
- Lead HSE projects in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Projects Department to ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations.
- Provide technical support to various departments.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the CPHS (Health, Safety, and Hygiene Committee) at both unit and company levels.
- Monitor requests for acquisition of sensitive products and equipment.
- Oversee occupational health (workplace medical) activities.
- Ensure monitoring and maintenance of safety equipment.
- Manage HSE authorization and compliance documentation.
- Manage HSE-related contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Support and contribute to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification processes.
- Consolidate HSE reports from different sites (Hikma).
- Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and annual reports (internal and external).
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and workplace safety requirements.
- Good command of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
- Good level of English (written and spoken).
Academic Background and Knowledge:
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in HSE, Industrial Safety, or Engineering (Chemical, Biological, or Process Engineering) with additional HSE training.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
