Title:  Sr. Manager, Human Resources

The jobs in this level are responsible for leading HR professionals to deliver HR services to a major business area within Hikma which involves working with the different departments and companies to analyze and define business needs related to HR which include but not limited to development terms; manpower planning, designing and delivering a variety of training solutions.

Accountabilities

•Participates in the formulation and implementation of the HR department plans to ensure alignment with Hikma’s overall objectives and business plans.

•Participates in the development of HR department policies, and procedures and ensures implementation of all relevant procedural/legislative requirements.

•Manages the day-to-day operations of  HR department by facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards. 

•Prepares the HR unit budget and ensures that the activities within this unit is implemented processed as per the assigned budget.

•Manages the effective achievement of department objectives by setting individual targets, developing and motivating staff in order to maximize subordinate’s performance.

•Resolves issues escalated from team in order to ensure a prompt resolution and minimize disruptions to the workflow.

•Supervises the provision of a full range of HR services to internal customers, following-up as necessary, to ensure employee satisfaction.

•Reviews and approves the memos and e-mails to ensure transparent and effective  communication with concerned parties.

•Leads the delivery and development of HR services (trainings, manpower planning, recruitment, updating policies, etc.) to concerned parties.

Counsels line managers on how to handle personnel problems in order to improve overall business objectives and organizational performance

Education:

•Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field, Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a relevant experience

Experience

•11-13 years of related; 3 years of which in a managerial position
