We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and skilled IT Desktop Support Analyst to be a key player in supporting our digital workplace at our Zagreb site. Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver responsive and high-quality desktop support to end-users
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, networking, and user access
  • Manage and resolve tickets using Help Desk tools and clear documentation
  • Support and administer Microsoft technologies including Windows 7/10/11, Office applications, and Active Directory
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with IT, Facilities, Security, and other key departments
  • Handle hardware deployment, troubleshooting, and physical installation
  • Take ownership of technical challenges and drive continuous improvement
  • Participate on improving processes and shaping how IT support is delivered

 

What we expect:

  • Minimum: High School diploma; preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 6 years of IT Desktop Support experience (8 years preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, TCP/IP basics, AD environments, and hardware troubleshooting
  • Experience with Help Desk ticketing systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Native speaker of Croatian and intermediate English communication skills
  • Communicate effectively and customer oriented attitude
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
