Your tasks:

 

In your role, you will be responsible for master data entry and maintenance by entering and updating customer data in our database. As part of order processing and invoicing, you will process customer orders and create invoices. You will also be responsible for preparing cost estimates for potential customers. In telephone management, you will take and forward telephone calls and answer customer inquiries. You will also be responsible for customer correspondence by communicating with customers in writing, replying to emails and drafting letters. Finally, you will be responsible for operating online platforms by using and managing them, updating product information and communicating with customers via the platforms.

 

Your profile:

 

For this position you will need MS Office skills and should be confident using MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook. Teamwork and communication skills are also important as effective teamwork and clear communication are expected. We are looking for someone with commitment and willingness to learn, who is motivated to take on new tasks and continuously develop themselves. A careful and independent way of working is crucial, as you will need to complete tasks accurately and independently. Interpersonal skills are also important as you will need good interpersonal skills to interact successfully with your customers and colleagues. Finally, a good command of written and spoken German is required.
